The Tags Tab lists many HTML, ASP, ASP.Net, Javascript, PHP tags, entered into your open document by double-clicking. Along with this, there is a special StyleSheet section and a User Defined Tags section

The Local Files Tab allows you to browse anywhere on your local system to load files directly into ASP Express.

The Links Tab lists all the external links you have in your open document at one time and allows you the ability to browse to the selected link to check its validity, as well as edit the link in place on your document.

The Remote Tab allows you to add multiple FTP profiles to ASP Express. Connect to any one at a time, and you can open and save files directly to that FTP site.

Customization of Tab settings (the location of the tabs) for the Express Toolbox is possible also. The default Tab Setting is Right Tabs, however, the other possible settings are:
Left Tabs
Bottom Tabs
Top Tabs
Sliding Tabs
This can all be customized in the Startup 1 tab of the Preferences Dialog (Alt-F-R)
